THE WORK BETWEEN THE POSTS

Posting regularly should not take over your week.

You have useful things to say. The difficulty is turning them into a repeatable process.

01

Good material sits unused.

A recording, customer question or project update never makes it into a useful post.

02

Every channel starts from scratch.

The same idea gets rewritten, resized and passed between tools without a clear owner.

03

AI creates more editing.

The draft sounds generic, misses the point or needs facts checking before anyone can approve it.

WHAT I PUT IN PLACE

A content process built around your business.

I agree the channels, formats and volume with you first. The work can cover the full process or the parts your team needs help with.

START WITH SOMETHING REAL

Your knowledge is the source.

Recordings, service details, customer questions and approved examples give the content something useful to say.

A microphone and recording alongside an article, a portrait social post and a video storyboard, illustrating repurposing from one source.

Workflow illustration. Outputs are agreed for your brief.

PLAN

Topics with a purpose.

A calendar connected to your services, audience questions and a relevant next step.

CREATE

Writing and branded visuals.

Platform-specific captions, original graphics and suitable adaptations of your source material.

REVIEW

A queue you can approve.

Clear versions, factual checks and one place to give feedback before content is scheduled.

DISTRIBUTE

The right format for the channel.

Agreed posting schedules, image formats, links, captions and publishing checks.

LEARN

Reporting that leads to a decision.

Review delivery, useful engagement, website visits and enquiries where tracking is available. Use what we learn to decide what to change next.

A PRACTICAL EXAMPLE

One expert recording.
Several useful pieces of content.

A recording can supply ideas for an article, a newsletter, social posts and video clips. Each output needs its own edit and a reason to exist.

01

Capture

Start with your recording, notes or update.

02

Shape

Choose the useful ideas and check the source.

03

Create

Write, design and adapt for each channel.

04

Approve

Review the facts, voice and presentation.

05

Schedule

Queue approved content and check delivery.

Article or newsletter
Explain the idea in depth.

Social post
Make one point clearly.

Short video
Show the explanation.

Branded graphic
Make the problem visible.

This shows a possible workflow, not a fixed output allowance. Filming and substantial video production are scoped separately.

WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER

Choose who runs the process.

Discuss Combined Support ↗

What affects the quote?

Platform count, content volume, research depth, video work, integrations and approval complexity. Software subscriptions, advertising spend, filming and community management are identified separately where needed. The scope, fee and responsibilities are agreed before work starts.

QUALITY & CONTROL

Your name goes on the content.
It needs to sound like you.

I use your terminology, examples and approved source information. I review the output for meaning, factual accuracy and whether it gives the reader something useful.

You agree the approval process before anything is scheduled. Recurring content has a review point so outdated offers, links or facts do not keep circulating.

Facts before claims.

Results, testimonials and business details come from information you can substantiate.

Brand voice before volume.

Editing removes generic phrasing, repetitive hooks and text that says little.

Clear access and ownership.

Your accounts remain yours. We agree access, software costs, approval owners and handover.

A person handles the exceptions.

Customer complaints, sensitive questions and changes to business information need an agreed human response.

CHANNELS & CONNECTIONS

Use the channels that fit.
Keep what already works.

I review your existing website, content sources and publishing tools before recommending changes. Supported connections and account permissions determine what can be automated. For a workflow that needs agents to research, prepare and check work, see AI marketing agent implementation.

LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X and Pinterest each need suitable copy, formats and next steps. YouTube needs a video workflow. A caption is adapted for the platform rather than copied everywhere.

BEFORE YOU CHOOSE

Questions about the service.

Bring your current process. You do not need to have the solution worked out.

Is this a managed service or an automation setup?

You can choose either. Managed content covers agreed production and distribution. Workflow implementation builds a process for your team. Combined support includes setup and ongoing responsibilities agreed in the scope.

Do I need to provide content?

I need accurate information about your business and access to useful source material. That may include recordings, notes, service details, approved examples or existing articles. Interviews can help gather your expertise. Original filming is agreed separately.

Can you act as our AI social media manager or content automation manager?

Yes, for the responsibilities we agree. That can include planning, content production, approval coordination, scheduling and reporting, or managing the workflow your internal team uses. Inbox replies, community management and paid campaigns are separate scope decisions.

Will content be published without approval?

We agree the review process before publishing begins. New content goes through the agreed approval stage. If you choose a repeating evergreen schedule, we set review points for links, offers and facts, with a clear way to pause the queue.

Can we keep our existing tools?

Where they support the workflow, yes. I check account permissions, available integrations and publishing limits before recommending changes. Some connections need a paid plan, an API or a manual handoff; those dependencies are identified in the scope.

Does this include videos, replies or paid advertising?

Adaptation of supplied recordings can be included if agreed. Filming, substantial video production, comment and inbox management, paid campaign management and advertising spend are itemised separately where required.

How much does it cost?

I quote after reviewing the channels, formats, volume, systems and review requirements. The proposal separates implementation from ongoing work and identifies software or production costs. We agree the fee and responsibilities before work starts.

How will we know whether it is working?

We agree what matters before starting: reliable delivery, review effort, useful engagement, website visits and qualified enquiries where measurement is available. The review explains what the evidence supports and what needs to change. I do not guarantee rankings, followers or sales.
