SHOPIFY SEO + PRODUCT MARKETING
A stronger collection.
A clearer reason to buy.
I help Shopify businesses improve how customers find, compare and choose their products. Collections, product pages, shopping feeds and AI-assisted creative work together around the range you want to grow.
Start with your priority range. I look at demand, product margin, availability and the buying journey before recommending more content or another app.

SHOPIFY PRODUCT MARKETING
Shopify makes everyday store management approachable. That does not mean a theme, an imported catalogue and an SEO app will explain your products well enough to compete.
I look at the decisions a shopper has to make. Can they find the right collection? Is the difference between variants clear? Does the image show what arrives? Does the Shopping listing match the page?
I build practical standards for the next product upload, not just one-off edits that become difficult to maintain.
COLLECTIONS + PRODUCT TAXONOMY
I separate the pages customers browse from the data your store needs to organise products. More tags do not automatically mean more search opportunities.
Create focused category destinations around real demand, with useful introductions and clear product selection.
Explain the item and its options with accurate titles, specifications, media and purchase information.
Organise consistent product attributes, supported filters and feed mapping without treating every field as a landing page.
Connect related collections, guides and products. Review filter URLs and canonical signals on the actual theme.
THE AUDIENCE BEHIND THE SEARCH
Own-brand stores
For a direct-to-consumer brand, supplier-style copy rarely explains the difference. I connect product benefits to evidence and give collections a useful browsing purpose.
Discuss My Product Range →Explain the real materials, fit, design or use case behind the offer.
Make sizing, delivery and returns easy to find before checkout.
Plan detail shots and short demonstrations around the questions buyers ask.
Growing catalogues
As a range grows, overlapping collections and inconsistent attributes can make navigation harder. I establish standards your team can maintain as products arrive and sell out.
Discuss My Product Range →Separate broad categories from useful needs, occasions or product families.
Agree repeatable metadata, media and attribute requirements.
Plan unavailable items, replacements and redirects without losing useful paths.
International buyers
A buyer in London and a buyer in Sydney may need different sizing, delivery and seasonal context. I review market demand alongside the commercial setup.
Discuss My Product Range →Use the terms and units customers recognise in each selected market.
Align currency, availability, shipping and feed destinations.
Assess performance by the markets and ranges you can serve.
SHOPIFY FEEDS + GOOGLE SHOPPING
I can help connect the Google & YouTube channel and organise the product information needed for Merchant Center. I check the selected range, target markets and existing data sources before changing the setup.
The work includes agreed attribute mapping and diagnostics, plus checks on the destination a shopper reaches. A synced product is only a starting point: its variant, price, stock and delivery information still need to agree.
Connect paid Shopping with Google Ads →FOUR CHECKS BEFORE EXPANDING THE FEED
Correct brand, genuine identifiers and variant relationships.
Accurate price, availability and selected-market information.
A working page showing the same product and variant.
Clear shipping, returns and a functioning purchase path.
Free listings: Google determines eligibility and display.
Paid Shopping: campaign delivery and media spend are separately agreed.
IMAGES + VIDEO + AI CREATIVE
I start with what the buyer needs to see. Creative work should make the product easier to assess, not hide missing facts behind a polished scene.
Choose a clear lead image, useful angles and detail views. Review crop, responsive sizes, compression and alt text so visual clarity does not come with unnecessary page weight.
Show shape, material and scale.Plan clips around use, assembly or comparison. Use a considered poster, captions and mobile playback. Keep heavy media from delaying the first useful view of the product.
Answer one buying question well.Develop suitable backgrounds, storyboards or creative variants from approved references. Review colour, proportions, features and claims before any asset reaches a customer.
Keep the product truth intact.Approval is part of the work. We agree source rights, review responsibilities, asset quantities and the channels where each image or video can be used. Required merchant provenance metadata stays with the relevant assets.
PRODUCT METADATA + TECHNICAL SEO
I align product and collection titles with their search purpose, write descriptions that explain the offer, and review how the theme renders headings, canonicals and structured data.
Metadata is not a substitute for the page itself. Specifications, variant choices, delivery details and genuine evidence need to be visible to customers as well as represented accurately in relevant markup.
SEO + AI PRODUCT DISCOVERY
A shopper may ask which bag fits a laptop, which material suits daily use or what ships to their country. Your product information should make those differences clear.
Use accurate dimensions, materials, compatibility and intended uses.
Connect real product evidence, useful guides and genuine reviews.
Align the page, product data and current offer across the relevant sources.
I combine established SEO work with checks on AI-assisted product research. There is no special schema that guarantees a recommendation, and a Google feed does not submit products to every AI platform.
DAAOMI FOR SHOPIFY
DAAOMI stands for Discover, Analyze, Audit, Optimize, Monitor and Improve. Its name takes the first letter of each stage. I use this sequence to keep store improvements connected to the business priorities.
Agree the audience, markets, stock position and priority range.
Compare search demand and competing offers with your products.
Review collections, templates, media, feeds and measurement.
Improve the selected pages, data and creative with clear approvals.
Check implementation, feed health, search response and orders.
Refine the next cycle around performance and commercial context.
SHOPIFY SEO PACKAGES + PRICING
I quote for the range, markets and work involved. Every proposal sets out quantities, deliverables, approvals and responsibilities before we begin.

Price on requestApps, media spend, major development, translation and extensive photography or video production are separate unless included. The audit is advisory; implementation quantities and creative revisions are agreed in the project or monthly scope.
YOUR SHOPIFY SEO FREELANCER
I have worked in search marketing since 2008, across more than 200 successful campaigns. I bring that experience to the choices behind your store, not a promise that every product will rank.
You work directly with me on strategy and progress. I coordinate with your product, creative and development teams, with account ownership and approvals remaining with your business.
Explore my published engagements and their recorded outcomes. We can discuss which experience is relevant to your store and where your situation differs.

I can review collections, product pages, technical templates, shopping feeds, media and measurement. We start with the range and markets that matter commercially, then agree whether you need an audit, a defined improvement project or continuing support. The proposal names the products, templates and deliverables covered.
Shopify gives a store useful foundations, but it cannot decide which collections deserve attention or whether your product information answers the buying question. I check the existing theme and apps before recommending another subscription. An app should solve a specific gap, not duplicate markup or add scripts without a clear benefit.
I compare the searches with the type of choice a customer needs to make. A broad need often belongs on a collection; a model, variant or specific item belongs on a product page. I prioritise both against demand, stock and commercial value rather than rewrite every SKU in alphabetical order.
I distinguish customer-facing collections from administrative tags, standard product categories and metafields. They serve different purposes. I then check filters, internal links and canonical signals on the live theme. I do not turn every tag or filter into an indexable landing page, or assume that changing a canonical alone will resolve every crawl issue.
Yes. I can scope the Google & YouTube channel connection, Merchant Center settings, product attributes and diagnostic review. I check that the destination, variant, price, stock and shipping information agree. Explore Google Shopping and Merchant Center management for free-listing and feed support. Paid campaign work can connect with Google Ads management. Google controls eligibility and approval.
I investigate the actual diagnostic and affected product before changing the feed. The cause may be missing identifiers, inconsistent availability, a landing-page mismatch or an account-level issue. I can coordinate corrections and the appropriate review request, but I cannot promise that Google will approve a product or reinstate an account.
I review the search title, description, product heading, social sharing information and the data rendered by the theme or apps. Product and variant details must reflect the real offer, including applicable price and availability. I use only genuine review data and check for conflicting markup. Search engines can choose different snippets and do not guarantee enhanced listings.
Yes, within an agreed media scope. I review image order, useful detail views, responsive delivery, descriptive alt text and loading behaviour. For video, I consider the purchase question, poster image, captions, mobile playback and file weight. A short clip that explains scale or use can be more useful than an autoplay banner that slows the page.
I can help prepare and review AI-assisted creative using approved product references. Materials, colour, dimensions, included accessories and performance must remain accurate. Your team approves the output before use. I would not use a generated demonstration to imply that a product has been tested, or present a synthetic person as a genuine customer. Production volume and revisions are agreed separately.
Google has specific requirements for AI-created product content, including image provenance metadata and structured fields for AI-generated titles or descriptions. I check the current Merchant Center guidance and whether the chosen feed setup supports it. Compression or export must not remove required provenance. A visually attractive asset still needs to show the product accurately and meet the destination rules.
I improve the information that helps products be understood and compared: identity, specifications, use cases, supporting evidence and a consistent offer. I also review relevant shopping data and accessible page content. An AI visibility audit can identify gaps, but no consultant can force a recommendation or guarantee inclusion across AI platforms.
Yes, when the commercial offer supports those markets. I review your Shopify Markets setup, regional URLs, language signals, currency, sizing, availability and delivery promises. Search terms can differ even where the language is shared. I connect this work with international SEO and multilingual SEO, with translation and local review responsibilities agreed.
I can flag tracking and customer-information issues and coordinate agreed implementation. Your authorised advisers approve privacy, consumer-policy and regulated-product wording for the markets you sell into. I do not upload customer lists or confidential supplier files to AI tools without an approved process. SEO work is not legal certification.
I quote against the product range, theme complexity, markets, feed condition and creative work required. You retain account ownership. We agree appropriate collaborator access and who approves theme changes before delivery. Apps, media spend, major development, translation and extensive asset production are separate unless included in the proposal.
The first milestones are the agreed fixes and their validation: clearer templates, corrected product data or a resolved feed issue. Search and sales response take longer and depend on demand, competition, stock and the offer. I use analytics and conversion measurement to distinguish visibility from useful orders, and explain what the evidence supports rather than promise a fixed ranking date.
