FRAMEWORKS & METHODOLOGY

Frameworks.
Ask clear questions.
Act on the evidence.

I use these methods to connect the business problem, the evidence, the work and the review. They help explain why a task matters and what we need to check after it is done.

Understand the problem before choosing the work

Connect recommendations with implementation

Review what changed and what needs attention

TWO GUIDES, DIFFERENT JOBS

Choose the question you need to answer.

DAAOMI explains how I organise AI search work. SF AI Score explains how I organise the observations used to assess visibility. The guides provide the method; a project proposal defines the work I will deliver.

DAAOMI: how should the work move forward?

Use this guide to understand the sequence from business context and investigation to improvements, monitoring and the next decisions.

It explains Discover, Analyze, Audit, Optimize, Monitor and Improve, with the role of each stage.

SF AI Score: what does the evidence show?

Use this guide to understand visibility, mentions, recommendations, evidence, platform coverage and how the business is described.

It is currently a conceptual assessment framework. The guide explains the dimensions and interpretation; it is not an automated scoring tool.

DAAOMI™

Six stages that keep the work connected.

I use the sequence to keep the business context, investigation, implementation and review visible. The scope and priorities depend on the business, its evidence and the resources available.

01 / DISCOVER

Understand the business

Confirm the offer, customers, markets, current problems and the result the business needs.

02 / ANALYZE

Study the questions and context

Review relevant searches, AI answers, competitors and available information before deciding what they suggest.

03 / AUDIT

Identify the gaps

Check technical access, pages, business facts, supporting evidence and measurement within the agreed scope.

04 / OPTIMIZE

Implement the priorities

Apply the agreed changes to the website and accessible information, recording what was completed.

05 / MONITOR

Repeat the relevant checks

Keep dated observations so later findings can be compared with the starting point and changes made.

06 / IMPROVE

Decide what needs work next

Review the findings and business feedback, then refine the next priorities and checks.

SF AI SCORE™

Keep the observation
and its meaning clear.

A business can be named without being recommended. A page can be cited without bringing a visit. An answer can mention the right business and still describe its services incorrectly.

I record what appeared, the context and the evidence needed to interpret it.
The assessment framework helps organise those findings before deciding which issues need attention.

The framework describes six dimensions. It does not currently publish a universal numerical score or a validated weighting model. The guide explains how to interpret the observations and their limits.

AN ASSESSMENT RECORD

The question and experienceRecord the wording, product experience, date and relevant conditions.

What appearedDistinguish a mention, description, source link and explicit recommendation.

Accuracy and supporting evidenceCheck the business facts and the visible sources available.

Comparison and follow-upExplain what needs investigation, improvement or another check.

Example record structure. Actual findings depend on the questions, experiences and evidence reviewed.

MAKE THE RECOMMENDATION TRACEABLE

You should be able to follow the decision.

I record the question, the evidence, the action and the measure used to review it. That gives us a useful basis for deciding what happens next.

01 / QUESTION

What needs answering?

A specific business concern, the pages or questions in scope and the information needed to investigate it.

02 / EVIDENCE

What can we verify?

Relevant page findings, observed answers, available reporting and facts confirmed by the business.

03 / ACTION

What will be done?

The priority, agreed task, responsibility and any access or approval needed for implementation.

04 / REVIEW

What changed?

The work completed, later checks, measurable outcomes and issues that remain open.

A framework is the structure I use. Your proposal identifies the deliverables, implementation, fees and review points for the actual engagement.

HIMANSHU SWARAJ

18 years in search marketing.
Practical judgement at each stage.

I use a clear structure to explain the findings, priorities and work. Your market, offer, website, resources and evidence determine how that structure is applied.

You work with me on the decisions and the implementation scope. I distinguish what we observed, what we changed and what still needs checking.

QUESTIONS ABOUT THE METHODS

Understand the method and the work.

Read the guides for the detail, or tell me about the problem you need to investigate.

Discuss your project
What are these frameworks for?

They explain how I organise investigation, implementation and review. DAAOMI sets out the stages of AI search work. SF AI Score organises observable visibility findings for assessment. A project scope defines the actual service and deliverables.

How is a framework different from a strategy?

The framework provides a structure. My SEO strategy consulting applies it to your priorities, evidence and resources: which problem to investigate, which work to undertake and how to review it. The same structure can lead to different priorities for different businesses.

What does DAAOMI stand for?

Discover, Analyze, Audit, Optimize, Monitor and Improve. The DAAOMI guide explains the six stages and how they connect business context, investigation, changes and later checks.

Does SF AI Score provide an automatic numerical score?

No. It is currently a conceptual assessment framework for organising observable AI visibility. It does not publish a universal numerical score or a validated weighting model. The SF AI Score guide explains its dimensions and boundaries.

Which guide should I start with?

Start with DAAOMI if you want to understand how the work progresses. Start with SF AI Score if you want to understand how visibility observations are organised and interpreted. If you need a baseline for your own business, see the AI visibility audit.

Can this approach support SEO, content or paid campaigns?

Yes. The discipline of defining the problem, reviewing evidence, implementing priorities and checking outcomes applies across that work. The DAAOMI guide focuses on AI search; the relevant service proposal defines the channel-specific checks and delivery.

Will you implement the work as well as advise?

I can implement the agreed changes or support your team’s delivery. The proposal identifies the tasks, responsibilities and any specialist development, design, writing or platform access needed.

How much does it cost to apply a framework to my business?

The guides explain the methods publicly. I quote for the investigation, implementation and review your business needs after an initial scope discussion. The proposal makes clear what is included and what would be additional work.
