INTERNATIONAL SEO CONSULTING
International SEO ConsultantReach the right customers in your next market.
I help businesses choose where to expand, build the right country and language structure, and turn overseas search demand into enquiries or sales they can fulfil.

MARKET READINESS BEFORE MORE PAGES
A new country needs more than a translated headline.
A UK service business entering the US may need different commercial language and proof. A retailer expanding into Australia needs clear delivery and returns. A Canadian site serving French-speaking customers needs language review, not just a translated menu.
I start with what changes for the customer: the offer, the competition, the evidence and the ability to buy or enquire. The website structure follows that assessment.
Entering a new market
Choose a realistic opportunity and agree what must be ready before launch.
Managing several countries
Give each market a useful route without duplicating every page or fragmenting the brand.
Fixing an international site
Investigate wrong-country results, technical conflicts and traffic that does not convert.
INTERNATIONAL SEO SERVICES
Research, architecture and execution belong in the same plan.
I separate the work I can deliver directly from the changes that need your developers, editors or operations team. Every recommendation needs an owner.
Market & competitor research
Compare commercial demand, search language, competitors and your capacity to serve each market. Prioritise countries before producing pages.
Country & language architecture
Evaluate subfolders, subdomains and country domains against your platform and resources. Preserve useful existing URLs wherever possible.
Technical international SEO
Review crawlability, indexing, canonical signals, hreflang relationships, sitemaps and region selectors. Validate changes on real pages.
Localisation & content briefs
Adapt intent, terminology, proof and conversion content. Agree native-language review where needed rather than imply machine translation is finished work.
Ecommerce & lead journeys
Check availability, currency context, delivery information, forms and sales routing so market-specific visibility has somewhere useful to go.
Country-level measurement
Connect relevant visibility and landing-page performance with qualified enquiries or sales. Separate brand demand from new customer acquisition.
THE DECISIONS THAT SHAPE THE BUILD
What needs to change for this market?
US and UK buyers may share a language but differ in terminology, service expectations and the evidence they recognise. Separate pages need a useful reason to exist.
Language versions need clear navigation and proper editorial review. Corresponding pages may need hreflang; unrelated country content should not be paired automatically.
A new fulfilment model or local branch changes the content, contact route and ownership of updates. Technical tags cannot make an unavailable service available.
DAAOMI FOR INTERNATIONAL GROWTH
Make the next market decision with evidence.
I use the same accountable process across markets, with priorities that reflect the business rather than a universal country-launch checklist.
Discover
Define markets, customers and commercial constraints.
Analyze
Compare demand, competitors and market readiness.
Audit
Find structure, content and conversion gaps.
Optimize
Implement the agreed technical and editorial work.
Monitor
Review visibility and useful actions by market.
Improve
Refine priorities before expanding further.
AI SEARCH ACROSS MARKETS
Be a useful source in the market’s own context.
An answer about a service in London may need different evidence from one about delivery to Sydney. I review whether your pages explain the actual offer, geography and limitations clearly enough for a customer to assess them.
Accessible content and consistent business facts are groundwork, not a guaranteed AI citation. I connect this with the broader AI search strategy when the brief calls for it.
Local questions
Research how customers describe the problem, not just a translated keyword list.
Relevant evidence
Use genuine service details, authorship and market-appropriate proof.
Accessible answers
Keep important content crawlable and connected to a clear next step.
EXPLORE YOUR TARGET MARKET
Country context, connected to the wider strategy.
Explore the buying context, search priorities and working arrangements for your target countries.

DIRECT ACCESS TO HIMANSHU
I want to know what happens after the overseas enquiry arrives.
I started in agency SEO in 2008. The question I bring to an expansion brief is practical: can the business turn this demand into a customer? That changes how I assess the market, the content and the implementation priorities.
You work with me on the decisions. I coordinate priorities with your developers and language specialists, then review progress against qualified enquiries, sales and the next commercial decision.
Currently accepting 2 consulting projects.
See how I connect visibility with customer action in the Fight City Gym local SEO case study. This is local-search evidence, not a multi-country launch result.
BEFORE EXPANDING YOUR SEARCH STRATEGY
International SEO questions, answered.
Structure, languages, market priorities, delivery and the expectations I would agree with you before starting.
What does an international SEO consultant do?
I help you decide which markets to pursue and how the website should serve them. That includes demand research, country and language architecture, technical checks, localisation briefs and measurement. The aim is not simply more overseas traffic: it is enquiries or sales from customers you can actually support.
Do we need separate websites for each country?
Not automatically. I compare country domains, subfolders and subdomains against your existing authority, platform, team and commercial plans. Subfolders can simplify management; separate country domains require their own ongoing work. I explain the trade-offs before recommending a move, rather than choosing a structure because it looks more international.
Can one English website target the US, UK and Australia?
Yes, when the offer and customer journey genuinely work across those markets. Separate pages become useful when availability, terminology, pricing, delivery or evidence differs. I will not recommend copying the same page three times just to insert country names. Multi-country SEO and multilingual SEO are related, but they are not the same requirement.
Will you translate the content?
I research intent and prepare localisation briefs, page priorities and review criteria. Translation and native-language editing are agreed separately. For a language I do not personally review, an approved language specialist checks terminology, tone and accuracy. Your team approves product, legal and commercial claims before publication.
Do we need hreflang on every country page?
Hreflang is for corresponding language or regional versions, not any two pages that mention different countries. I check whether pages are genuine alternatives, then review the annotations, return links, indexability and canonical relationships. It helps identify the intended audience; it does not replace relevant content or guarantee rankings.
Can you audit incorrect country pages appearing in search?
Yes. I check the affected queries and markets, page similarity, internal links, canonicals, hreflang and crawl access. A selector or automatic redirect can also obstruct the route. I document the likely causes and test the agreed changes instead of assuming that adding a tag solves every targeting problem.
Can you help an ecommerce business expand internationally?
Yes. I assess market demand alongside catalogue availability, currency, delivery, returns, product content and the checkout journey. We agree which parts belong to SEO and which need the commerce or operations team. Visibility is of limited use if a customer discovers at checkout that the product cannot ship to their country.
Should we launch in several markets at once?
Only if the business can fund and maintain them properly. I compare demand, competition, fulfilment and conversion readiness, then recommend a sequence. A focused launch with useful content and working lead handling is often a better starting point than spreading the same budget across many unfinished markets.
Can you manage an international website migration?
I can scope URL mapping, redirects, canonical and hreflang checks, internal links and launch validation with your developers. I need access to the proposed structure before release. Migration implementation, monitoring and rollback responsibilities are agreed explicitly; no migration comes with a promise of zero ranking fluctuation.
Will the work help us appear in AI search results overseas?
Clear, accessible pages and credible market-specific evidence support the wider discovery work. I review language, entity details and the questions buyers ask, but I cannot promise a citation from a particular assistant. A broader AI search engagement can be included when it has a defined scope and measurable checks.
Do we need local offices and business listings in each country?
Not simply to sell there. Your website should explain real availability and delivery or service coverage. Maps and business profiles have their own eligibility rules; I will not invent an office to support a country page. Where you do have eligible premises, I connect the international plan with local SEO.
How do you handle different time zones and internal teams?
You work directly with me through scheduled overlap, shared priorities and concise written updates. Before starting, we agree the main contact, approval owners and developer or editor responsibilities. Decisions and blockers stay recorded so progress does not depend on everyone being in the same meeting.
What does international SEO cost, and how long does it take?
I quote after reviewing the site, countries, languages and implementation needs. An audit has a defined delivery scope; a launch depends on content and development readiness; ongoing consulting follows an agreed cadence. I separate my fees from translation, development and external tools, and set review points without promising a universal ranking deadline.
How will we measure performance by country?
I establish a baseline for relevant search visibility, landing pages and qualified actions in each market. We review lead location and quality, or ecommerce revenue and fulfilment where available, rather than treating every international visit as growth. Analytics configuration and consent requirements are checked with your responsible team.
