AI ADVERTISING STRATEGY & MANAGEMENT
I help you decide where AI advertising fits your business, prepare the campaigns and landing pages, and run agreed tests where your account is eligible. We judge the work by useful enquiries and sales, alongside what the reporting can actually tell us.

START WITH THE RIGHT EXPECTATION
AI advertising can mean ads around an AI answer or shopping conversation. It can also mean using AI features to match and manage existing campaigns. Those are different decisions, and I explain which one we are making before a test starts.
Reach people through a platform’s advertising system.
Your account, market, category and campaign determine eligibility. The platform decides delivery; we manage the settings and assets available to us.Use automation with business controls.
I review goals, bidding, assets, destinations and exclusions. Turning on an AI feature is a campaign decision, not a strategy by itself.Work on how your business is understood.
Buying an ad does not buy an organic ChatGPT recommendation. Missing mentions or incorrect facts need a separate investigation.Looking for mentions and citations rather than ads? Start with AI search optimisation. If AI is describing your business incorrectly, see AI fact correction.
CHOOSE A CHANNEL FOR A REASON
I check your target market and account access against current platform guidance. Then I look at the offer, existing campaign data and whether we can measure a useful result.
OpenAI offers ads in supported markets. Paid placements are labelled and separate from ChatGPT’s answers.
I check access, offer suitability, landing-page fit and reporting before proposing a campaign. If access is unavailable, I separate preparation from launch work.
OpenAI’s advertising guidanceEligible Google Ads campaigns can appear around AI Overviews, including within them in supported markets. Advertisers cannot select only AI Overview placements.
I review targeting, conversion goals, assets, destination controls and feed quality. Google does not currently provide separate reporting for ads within AI Overviews, so I won’t report a campaign total as an AI-only result.
Google’s AI Overview ads guidanceMicrosoft supports ads in Copilot through its advertising system. Existing search campaigns can supply those placements.
I assess Microsoft Advertising alongside your current paid search: customer fit, campaign eligibility, creative, product data where relevant and the reporting available in your account.
Microsoft’s AI search guideAmazon’s Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands prompts extend eligible campaigns with product questions and information. Availability depends on the market and advertiser.
I review product details, claims, stock, price and prompt reporting alongside campaign performance. An ad cannot make up for a product page that leaves the shopper’s main question unanswered.
Amazon’s sponsored prompts guidancePlatform details checked 24 October 2026. Access, formats and reporting can change; I confirm them again when scoping your work.
THE CLICK NEEDS SOMEWHERE USEFUL TO GO
A buyer comparing options may arrive with specific requirements. Sending them to a general homepage leaves them to do the work again.
I connect the customer’s question, the ad and the destination.
I check the message, supporting evidence, next step and conversion tracking. Then I fix the agreed gaps before judging the test.
Where the page needs more work, I connect the campaign with content strategy and clear business positioning.
Review My Campaign GapsEXAMPLE BUYER QUESTION
“I need a garden office that fits a small garden. What should I compare?”
Space, insulation, installation, total cost and local requirements may all affect the choice.
EXAMPLE SPONSORED MESSAGE
Compare footprints, insulation options and what installation includes.
A matching destination
Dimensions, specifications, installation scope and an enquiry route on one relevant page.
A message-match example, not a screenshot of an available ad format or a client result.
BEFORE WE COMMIT A BUDGET
The review ends with priorities and an explanation of what needs fixing, what we can test and what should wait.
ACCESS & FIT
I check target markets, account access, category restrictions and the platform’s relevance to your buyers.
OFFER & ECONOMICS
I discuss your margins, lead value, sales process and budget. We agree what would make a test worth continuing.
CAMPAIGN CONTROLS
I review conversion goals, targeting, bidding, exclusions and destination settings supported by the account.
CREATIVE & DATA
I check benefits, claims, creative variations and product information against what your business actually delivers.
LANDING PAGES
I review message match, mobile usability, proof, forms and checkout or enquiry friction on the pages we plan to use.
MEASUREMENT
I check conversions, URL tagging, analytics and lead-quality feedback. Missing tracking becomes a task before launch.
FROM REVIEW TO IMPLEMENTATION
I quote for the scope you need. You can start with an assessment, add implementation or ask for campaign management where access and readiness support it.
A channel shortlist, access checks, campaign and page findings, and a prioritised action list.
Agreed changes to campaigns, copy, assets, feeds, landing pages and conversion setup.
A defined objective, approved budget, launch checks and review points. Media spend needs your approval.
Performance and lead-quality review, changes to the test, and a decision to continue, revise or stop.
My fees and platform ad spend are separate. I identify software, development and substantial content work separately where needed. There is no fixed-price package until the scope is clear.
REPORTING THAT HELPS YOU DECIDE
I connect the platform’s reporting with what happens after the click. A new placement is worth testing only if the evidence helps us make a better spending decision.
Spend, clicks and conversions.
I use the metrics available in each account and explain reporting gaps. I separate observations from conclusions.Enquiries, sales and suitability.
Your sales feedback matters. I look beyond form submissions to whether the leads match the work you want.Continue, change or stop.
We review the agreed objective and evidence before expanding spend. A small sample or incomplete tracking needs caution.Need measurement work first? See analytics services. For workflows that connect campaigns, reporting and follow-up, see marketing automation and AI campaign management.

WORK DIRECTLY WITH HIMANSHU SWARAJ
I start with what you sell, who buys it and how you measure a worthwhile result. Then I assess whether an AI advertising opportunity adds something useful to your existing marketing.
That may mean adapting PPC campaigns, fixing a landing page or testing a new channel. If access, tracking or the offer is not ready, I’ll explain the work needed first.
More about HimanshuBEFORE YOU ENQUIRE
Start with your website and goal. I’ll confirm access, scope and the information needed before recommending a campaign.
I assess relevant paid channels, review campaign and landing-page readiness, implement agreed improvements and manage tests where your account has access. The proposal sets out the work, budget responsibilities and review points.
I first check whether your market, account and business category have access. If they do, we can scope preparation and campaign work around the available controls. If they do not, I explain what can be prepared and what must wait. I cannot grant platform access.
No. OpenAI states that ads do not influence ChatGPT’s answers. Paid placements and organic answers are separate. If you want to improve how your business is described in answers, see ChatGPT visibility and optimisation.
No. Google does not currently allow advertisers to target only AI Overview placements. Eligible campaigns can serve there, and Google does not provide separate reporting for ads within AI Overviews. I account for those limits in the test and reporting.
Sometimes. Google and Microsoft can use eligible existing campaigns for relevant AI search placements. I review the account’s setup and current guidance before recommending changes. Your existing performance remains part of the decision.
No. I assess service businesses as well as retailers. The right channel depends on your buyers, offer, market, access and conversion path. Product feeds and Amazon campaign work apply where you sell eligible products. For the listing work behind an Amazon product offer, see my Amazon listing optimisation service.
No. I recommend a channel only after checking that a suitable advertising product and account access exist. An assistant mentioning a brand, or an old announcement about an experiment, is not enough to sell a campaign there.
Yes, where that work is included in the agreed scope and we have the necessary access. I identify page changes, analytics configuration and specialist development separately so you can approve the work before it starts.
That depends on the market, channel, offer and cost of getting enough useful evidence. I discuss the test budget after the initial review. My fees are separate from media spend, and I do not promise a fixed number of leads or a return before seeing the business.
We agree the objective and review points before launch. I review available campaign metrics alongside conversions, sales or lead quality, explain attribution gaps and recommend whether to continue, change or stop. I do not treat clicks alone as success.
No. Advertising pays for eligible placements. SEO and organic AI visibility address a different part of discovery. I keep budgets and results distinct, then connect the work where shared content, facts and landing pages need improvement.
Send your website, target markets, main offer and current advertising platform through the form. We can then discuss goals, budget, existing results and appropriate account access. Please do not send passwords in an enquiry.
LET’S ASSESS THE OPPORTUNITY
Share your website and goal. I’ll help identify the channel, the gaps and the next practical step.
